Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Timely recording and collection of rental incomes both locally and international.
• Invoicing tenants, maintaining tenants’ documents, company files and shareholder’s personal information.
• Act on behalf and in the best interest of the shareholders.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments and compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Auditing financial documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Continuous assessment of all risks that are aligned with the organization. Ensuring that all properties are always insured.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Always maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in the Oracle system is a must.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
